Learning Through Action
Each challenge is designed to introduce one of the five behaviors of a cohesive team. Once a challenge is completed, it is followed by a debrief led by the facilitator, inviting the group to share their experience and allowing the facilitator to present the behavior and its importance in teamwork.
Participants will learn the importance of the five behaviors of a cohesive team—trust, productive conflict, commitment, accountability, and collective results—and immediately put them into practice.
The challenges encourage the team to collaborate in a fun and engaging way while promoting the learning of key elements essential to team cohesion.
