Facilitator of Team Building activities
ON CONTRACT: Depending on your availability (during the day, Monday to Friday)

The Team Building Agency is looking for a very dynamic person to facilitate some of its Team Building workshops and team building activities. A person who values excellent customer experience and who is comfortable and talented at guiding groups.
THE TEAM BUILDING AGENCYThe Team Building Agency has been optimizing work teams through team development training, conferences and Team Building activities in Montreal and other regions of Quebec, for more than 25 years. The mission of the Team Building Agency is to optimize business performance by improving the way teams work.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has experience in leading large groups;
- Is fluent in English and French. Proficiency in a third language, an asset;
- Has knowledge of the event industry and/or training and/or facilitation and/or psychology, an asset;
- Is organized and adapts well to last minute changes;
- Is professional, resourceful, diplomatic, very dynamic and always punctual;
- Has the ability to provide impeccable customer service and has excellent communication and relational skills;
- Holds a driver's license and has a vehicle;
- Is available part-time or full-time, during the day, on weekdays.
