This team building activity is one of our favorites. It aims to improve the performance of the team. It is a strategic thinking and creative problem-solving activity, in which participants must gradually improve their ability to complete a task effectively, as a team.
It is an activity in which 30 randomly placed numbered markers must be touched in order by participants in a defined area, while respecting the rules. The challenge may seem physical at first, but it becomes increasingly clear that it is more about understanding how to use capabilities and resources within the entire team to achieve ambitious targets and goals. This is an ideal team building activity to help build a successful team.
