What is the Skills Development Act?

The Skills Development Act, also known as the 1% Law, aims to enhance the skills and qualifications of current or future employees. Any employer with a payroll exceeding 2 million dollars is required to apply this law by investing 1% of their payroll in employee training.

The Team Building Agency is a training organization accredited by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail for the purpose of applying the law that promotes the development and recognition of workforce skills.
