The Culture of Collaboration workshop enhances participants' sense of belonging and engagement by establishing a collaborative culture.

While the focus is on teamwork, the Culture of Collaboration workshop is not limited to intact teams.

Instead, it is specifically designed for individuals—participants do not need to be part of the same team. The workshop uses a personal development approach to help participants build five essential behaviors for teamwork and collaboration, teaching individuals how to become better teammates. The lessons from this program can be applied across different teams, fostering a broader culture of collaboration.

Learners at all levels of the organization can benefit from this program, adopt its powerful principles, transform their behaviors, and create a shared language that redefines what it means to work together to achieve results.

This interactive workshop invites participants to reflect on their communication style to improve clarity and effectiveness, as well as their approach and connection with others. Whether delivered in person or virtually, this experience assesses each individual's approach to teamwork, provides personalized strategies for better collaboration, and teaches the interpersonal behaviors and skills essential for working effectively together.

The Assessment

To explore individual behaviors more deeply, the workshop includes an assessment that combines The Five Behaviors (personal development version) with the DISC model (DISC personality and communication styles).

The Report

After the assessment, participants receive a personalized profile that deepens their understanding of themselves, the behaviors required for effective teamwork, their working style, and the styles of others within the organization.
