In a calendar year, if your total payroll exceeds $2 million, you are required to invest at least 1% of your total payroll in training activities for workforce skills development. If you don’t you have to pay into the Workforce Skills Development and Recognition Fund a contribution equal to the difference between those amounts.
Team Building Agency is a training organization accredited by the CPMT. Working with an accredited company facilitates accounting for expenses incurred under the Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition– Act 90-1%.
